Yoghurt with Honey and Nuts

When you want that healthy breakfast or snack, play around with yoghurt. There’s so much one can mix with yoghurt, and you don’t have to stick to nuts and honey. Throw in some bananas or berries. Nuts are great because they give you some crunch with the yoghurt and the sweet honey.
Prep time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • Yoghurt (as much as you want)
  • Nuts of your choice (walnuts, pecans, peanuts, pistachios)
  • Bananas
  • ½ cup of honey

Equipment:

1 medium bowl

How to…..

Put the yoghurt in the bowl and stir it a few times to loosen it up. Transfer it to the serving bowls. Sprinkle the nuts over it. Add some berries of choice. You can also add bananas. Then sprinkle with the honey. Serve.
