Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Equipment:

Measuring cups and spoons
Medium saucepan

How to…..

Put all the ingredients on a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil. Keep it boiling and stir occasionally for about 8-10 minutes. It will thicken and turn a darkish amber color. Remove from the stove top and let it cool slightly.
