I’ve been on Instagram for a little over a year now, and one thing that struck me is the need to showcase our African cuisine. There is so much to share and inspire the world with. So I hosted a collaboration on Instagram to showcase African bakes. Over 40 bakers signed up……BUT……I made the classic mistake of choosing a date that coincided with a massive celebration none other than Mother’s Day! A few participated sharing the most incredible bakes that carried an African theme or were classic African dishes as you can see below. I want to keep with the theme and organize future collaborations….next time I will be more thoughtful and organize it better.
