Coffee Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 – 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup coffee

Equipment:

Measuring spoons and cup
1 medium bowl (if using handheld electric whisk)
Handheld electric whisk

How to…..

In a medium bowl, beat the butter and powdered sugar. Beat until its well combined and smooth. This may take 2-3 minutes. Add the coffee and continue beating until well combined. Note: If you don’t like the taste of coffee, replace the coffee with 2 -3 teaspoons of heavy cream and beat until well combined.
