I participated in the most challenging and inspiring Instagram collaboration hosted by @thesweetalmondnyc and @bonbonbaked. The idea was for us to bake the 2020 and 2021 technical challenges from the Great British Bake Off. I’m going to continue trying new bakes from GBBO..so keep checking this page. Here are my contributions (in order of the photos): Jam and Custard Doughnuts, Crepe Cake, Raspberry, and Caramel Eclairs, Babka, Mini Upside Down Pineapple Cake, Coconut Macaroons, Sable Breton, Chocolate Caramel Shortbread, Belgian Buns, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Cheese and Onion Ciabatta Bread Sticks, Jam Sandwich Biscuits, and Malt Cake.
