VANILLA BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Ingredients:

  • 4 ½ cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1.5 cups butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Equipment:

Measuring spoons and cup
1 large bowl (if using handheld electric whisk)
Electric whisk (preferable standing)

How to…..

In a stand mixer, beat the butter until its creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix well. Then add the salt and vanilla. Gradually add the milk until you get the consistency you want – fluffy like.
