  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Equipment:

Measuring cups and spoons
Medium bowl
Dinner plate
Baking tray, lined with parchment paper
Electric whisk (standing or hand held)

How to…..

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/176 degrees Celsius

Put the powdered sugar on the dinner plate.

Mix all the other ingredients together in a medium bowl. Once they are mixed well, round them up into a ball shape (about 1 tablespoon each). Roll each one in the powdered sugar.

Arrange them on the baking tray and bake for about 10-12 minutes. They should be cracked and that’s when you know they’re ready. Take them out of the oven and cool them.
